The room was very nice, clean and smelled good as well. The glass door shower and bathroom were amazing as well.

The staff are amazing .They are friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast every morning . Room was clean and well equipped . Warm Cookies at night….who could ask for more ! Oh yes …. A cocoa bar ! None of our other Hampton had this amazing feature!

Our power went out in half of our room on the first night by some weird accident and the concierge Eric was so nice and helpful. He quickly helped us switch rooms and made sure that we were settled into our new room for the remainder of our stay. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and placing our kids stuffy’s on their bed.

Renovations were being made without being made aware prior to arrival. Wasn’t sure if it was open, however the floor and room were lovely! The service was great, no problems at all.

Mrs Liz and Toya made my stay at the hotel so amazing that I returned for my following trip and I tell everyone about the Spring lake Location.
